2 Minute Long 3D Animation for "Head, Shoulders, Knees & Toes" -- 2

Hi, we're a small Youtube channel currently focused on children's entertainment. We would like a 3D animated Head, Shoulders, Knees & Toes video set to our own version of the Head, Shoulders, Knees & Toes song which we will provide. The video would have 5 characters. One would be a full grown adult sized character, who would be leading the dance. The other 4 characters would be children. Two kids would be dancing with the leader while the other 2 watch, and then the kids will switch off halfway through the video (so that the two who were watching are now dancing and the two were dancing are now watching) The movements the characters are doing, and the way the camera moves through the video should be like in this example: [login to view URL] We have a character, Hip Hop Harry, that we want to include in the video. He would be the bigger/adult sized character teaching the kids how to do the movements/dance. We want to be able to sign off on your 3d model of the character before you start animating.
