Need a Videographer on an Urgent Basis fora longer run

I need a videographer for my company who can work for a longer term with me. Please note that you should be expert in making videos to be posted on social media sites. The video will be maximum of 1-2 minutes. You should also be expert in framing gifs which will be of 3-5 seconds only. Work has to be quick and very creative. We will tell you to make necessary modifications if needed. The payment is 500 INR per video and this amount is fixed. The pay will increase with time as per the company's norms and with your efficiency in work and creativity skills. The payments will be done as soon as you submit the said video. Native Indian Candidates preferred. Bid only if you are serious about the project and agree with the said amount.
