Videography Advice and Video Editing - potential for some ongoing work

I am currently developing an online wellbeing program, with the intention of creating many more. The current program will consist of many 5 minutes videos (likely approx 60 videos). Some of these videos will be using chromakey/greenscreen. Initially, I am looking for advice about videoing (I will be using my iphone with some additional equipment), to save wasting time with beginner errors. Assuming this will be a few hours work. I will then like some help editing the videos. The videos will be footage of me explaining wellbeing skills etc. I will need a video intro created, and may need an animated video created to give an overall introduction to the programs (depending on cost). I require someone who excellent English ability, is very trustworthy and has a friendly attitude. Thanks and look forward to working with you soon. :-)
