I'm looking for a Assistant who is as an amazing writer researcher, great with technology, and a thinker with the ability to provide problem solve and get any task done that is asked. As an Assistant, you will perform various tasks such as writing well worded emails to help get our influencers on podcast, putting out fires, scheduling meetings, project managing, making travel arrangements, ordering products, making calls, and more. Ultimately, you should be able to handle any task and research very deeply until we find what we are looking for in any situation and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision. This can be a fast paced job with many various task, such as: coming in each morning Help with hiring Organize correspondence and answering emails Doing PR and research Writing well worded emails to other team members based on verbal notes given. Tedious miscellaneous task that will take good problem solving Contacting and project managing Schedule podcast guest and arrange employer’s calendar; schedule meeting spaces and ensure the job gets done Arrange payments for vendors, travel, and sales expenses Calendar Management Running errands (e.g. groceries, dry cleaning, etc. Household management (e.g. scheduling cleaners, organizing, scheduling maintenance, etc.) Examples of our work: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] **Please attach your resume, Social Media account and why would be good for this position
