Researcher \ Coordinator\ Virtual Assistant

I am a busy working parent and just looking for a reliable virtual assistant with great communication skills to help with the property management side of business and then expanding to other tasks. To start, the immediate tasks/ qualification /role would include but not limited to the following: . fluent in English ( written & spoken) . devote at least 2-3 hours per week . Working knowledge or can quickly pick up Google Suite ( gchat, g-drive, google sheet, google drive) as will mostly be commuicating through this route . creating and posting ads ( a bit of marketing) . researching and vetting contractors ( ie. Handyman, lawn, cleaners) . coordinating requests and scheduling showings
