Create graphics and tidy up functional FaceBook Application

We have a FaceBook application functioning as an Iframe within FaceBook using Microsoft Asp.Net technology, NOT PHP. The application demonstrates psychological testing using existing technology and web services already developed and hosted. The purpose of the FaceBook app is to get users to test our test engine. If we can subsequently monetize the application that would be a bonus, but the central purpose is to get 1000+ users to take the first test we have developed, which measures personality. The application is called "All about you" and the personality test requires 100 questions to be answered. We are aware this is long, but we will only be able to shorten the tests once we have tried them out with a reasonable sample size. We want you to create a logo in the two sizes required, and then to adjust layout, colors and graphics to improve the visual appeal of what is at the moment a visually basic application. Once we recieve initial expressions of interest we will discuss the tasks in further detail.
