I have two worksheets. Each worksheet contains a list of programs and each item in the list can have one or many associated sub-items, these sub-items are listed below and to the right as in the following example.

The second worksheet is similar (many of the items listed are repeated) but the types of data held for each item is different.
I would like some VBA to go through each item in the list and check if this item exists in the second worksheet. If it does I would like all the rows belonging to this item to be cut and inserted back in the first sheet in the row below.
