I have a payroll software done in vb6. i have done the software. i am not a professional that why it having problems and design look not good. i need to someone to redesign and add some more features to it. now i have done employee master monthly timesheet manual salary automated salary salary data for banks etc.... in U.A.E some salary rules are there. that details i will give. also i need reports in crystal reports. additional features needed:- document expiry reminder database backup retrieve monthly time data from finger print reader(optional) i need it in vb6 coz i can make some changes if i need later i will give my code for modification also i am planning to make it commercial thats why i need serial no registration system and 30 days demo version please bid after understanding the project

Hi I am VB6 expert, and have worked in dubai for several years. I have even developed an HR & Payroll application for the company I have worked with. I know the required labour law rules like gratuity calculation, annual leave handling, annual ticket encashment etc. Can we just discuss further on this - your industry, employee size etc so that we can better define a scope for this project - for egs, if you have a large number of employees then it could be better to have an online portal for the employees where they can apply for leaves, print the payslip etc. the bid I am placing is just a figure, we can decide on the budget after a clear discussion on the scope.
