Need someone to work on an ongoing personal project Should have following expertise: 1. Image processing (Data Extraction, manipulation, analysis, sorting and reporting) 2. VBA for Excel (Advanced algorithms generation, Advanced programming) 3. Microsoft Visual Basic Studio 2010 (Windows application programming for software GUI) And following qualities: 1. Patience/Professionalism 2. Ability to handle complex/unknown problems 3. Punctuality If you are a newbie freelancer/less experienced user, please save your time. The payment for project will be made using milestone payments, based on assessment of results/delivery. I do not intend to accept any bids >$50-$80 for the whole project. We may negotiate in future. Attached File: This pdf file contains a prototype software GUI for the project, it may involve minor changes as we go along.
