Inbound Links

I require 10 inbound only links from very closely matched similar themed sites. My requirements include… • Links must be on sites with a similar theme! (internet marketing, website development) I will not accept any links which are not. • Links must be permanent and stay on the site for life time. • All link pages must be content sites not just built for the purpose of linking. Therefore they must have a minimum of 30 proper content pages. • 5 of the 10 pages where my links sits must have PageRank. (Theme is more important) • Link pages will have no more than 30 outbound links. • All sites must have an Alexa ranking of less than 2 million. • All link pages must be cached in google, yahoo & msn. • My links must be static and direct. • All links must be on different IP addresses. • I will not accept links from directories, blog comments, article directories, forums, link farms, link exchanges, link schemes, scraper sites, mirror sites, link exchanges. etc. • Link pages must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, nofollow, noindex, disallow in the robots txt file., etc This will be checked. • No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, black listed, spam sites or other unethical or black-hat tactics. • The pages and sites must be from good neighborhoods. This will also be checked. • All link pages must have been indexed by Google in the last 30 days. What you will provide on completion… (In excel format) • The index url. • The websites title/name. • Number of inbound links to the index url (total on the 3 major search engines, google, yahoo, msn). • Ip address of the website. • Alexa ranking of the website. • The link page where our link sits. • The PageRank of the link page. Other terms… • Please provide me with 5 of your links pages from 1 previous job. • We reserve the right to reject any link we think not appropriate of which will need to be replaced. • Links will be checked in 6 months and one year intervals. General information… • This job would be most suited to a company that already has a very large network of their own content website or can easily get links on a variety of themed decent content sites. • As I am not looking for themed sites and only 5 PageRank links, project cost should be fairly low. These links are being used for low competition keywords therefore I will know the quality of the links by my page SERP’s. If I deem the links to be good based on rankings I will also be looking for a long term partner.
