There are 2 tasks that you need to do.
1- In the first task, you just need to connect with other users. Attachments called page 1 & page 2 are about this. In this task, there are many 1000s of users. So, better to use some sort of automated tools to help you (unless you are super super fast).
2- In the 2nd task, you need to take the data mentioned in the attached files called Company1 and Company 2. You need to put them in excel properly so I could sort/filter them. In this task, there are probably 1000 or so companies
If you could, you can also put them in a little website acompanied with a database or something that I could just browse /sort and filter the way it allows me in the website now (optional).
Propose the lowest you can do this job and the lowest time frame you need to do it.
Finally Tell me what's 2+3 in the 1st line of the proposal just to make sure you read this description.
