I need someone who knows how the torrent system works and how it is updated. I need to ask questions related to the below example. I do not need to know what bittorrent is, or the technical details of it. I need to know how the distribution system works.
Example:
Let's say Software Product 5.0 is listed on trackers at several big well known tracker pirate sites. I want to switch those sites to version 5.1 using my tracker or in some way change them to download my version.
Here is a more specific example. This uses an adobe product, but it is a good generic example.

Suppose I were adobe and owned the rights to the product and had the version cs5 master collection, and I wanted to distribute it to these sites, how do I get my torrent/file on these types of sites. And as a followup, why does adobe not do something similar(distribute their own torrent) to stop or at least poison the torrent feeds?
How can I do this to distribute my own files on these big torrent sites. Are these manually updated by the site owners(unlikely?) or is there an automated way where I can submit my file and magically have it spread to these other trackers?
I know how to use bittorrent and understnad peer to peer but I am not a torrenthead and am not really familiar with how the seed system works. Looking for some guidance.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
