French Shopping Website Design Needed

I am looking for a <> with a French web developer. I want to develop and optimize a Belgian domain. The sites should be as simple as reasonable, but still effective. What's the purpose of the site? I want to set up ppc and affiliate sites with natural, organic, and relevant information as well to give back and also to help rank in the search engines. Ultimately, I want these sites to rank well in the engines and to build "equity." What are the sites? I have a few site names to choose from. What's in it for you? For a reduced upfront design cost, you will share in the ppc and affiliate revenue for four months at an equal fifty-fifty split in addition to a reasonable set up fee (this is where you bid your price) for your upfront work on developing the site. The ppc will begin from the time the project is completed and launched, but no later than December, 31, 2005. If the project is launched after 12/31/05, the ppc share time will be reduced by each day. However, I'll ad a bonus month of ppc / affiliate profit sharing plus will sign up as a referral of yours if you can recommend GOOD foreign ppc affiliates that I am not already signed up with. Content: I would expect light content on each page to help introduce the page topic and to add keyword phrases for the search engines. The content in each language must be proper, no cut and paste translations, which looks terrible and will dramatically reduce click through. You must be a native French speaker. SEO: I expect you to develop the proper keywords and content to help the site pages rank and submit the sites to relevant search engines. We will both suffer if the SEO is not there. Design: I would expect you to use existing templates that conform to the spirit of the name or industry to add relevance. I do not expect an original design except for a simple site logo. I would expect the site to have at least five pages except for the directory sites. Obviously those would require more pages. I do not expect any extraneous scripts or bells and whistles. I just want a nice looking simple site that fits the mold of the given industry and that has affiliate and ppc ads in mind with the design. PPC Affiliate programs / links I don't expect you to provide any ppc affiliate information. However, if you can provide GOOD ppc affiliate FOREIGN (German, French, Dutch) programs that I am not already signed on for, I will extend the ppc affiliate share by one month and will sign on under your referral link. What will I do in exchange? I will pay you an agreed upon fee for the upfront design. I will provide you with site statistics and ppc data each month. I will pay you an equal 50-50 split of the net profits. I will provide for the hosting. I will provide for the domain names and their registration. I will provide conceptual feedback. I will provide the ppc affiliate information for the site. I will manage the site administration and legalities. What's the fine print? I do not guarantee ppc affiliate profits. I will provide the ppc affiliate data as it is presented to me. I will have the foreign sites reviewed for accuracy. I reserve the right to refuse your work based on poor performance or product.
