Slight redesign of existing Magento store, add multistore, IT support of site and server

We have an existing Magento based eCommerce store. We want to redesign and rework the site, and ass on two more stores running on Magento's multi store feature, and the sites will feature many of the same products. We need a few small tweaks made, like the ability to select a arrival date for our customer's packages that are ordered. Once the tweaks are done, the other two stores can be setup and run. Would like to find someone to help with SEO while doing the redesign, incorporate a blog (that we will keep updated), as well as ongoing SEO after the upgrades are done...not a must, we just started working with someone for SEO. We would also like someone long term and dependable that will be committed to the project long into the future. We would like continued IT support for any issues that may arise with the server or Magento as time goes on. If you are new to this, that is fine. We are willing to work with anyone, as long as they are dedicated, reliable, are driven and self motivated. Communication is a MUST. We want to set a timeline of goals and work together to efficiently work through the project. We are very open to new ideas and strategies - we are working to position our brands as one of the most premier brands available. We would prefer to work with someone that is confident in their skills and ability to help turn our sites into real producers - and be willing to provide a contract to work for a percentage of sales generated from the sites.
