HTML template for email marketing

I need a HTML template for an email marketing campaign. I need the template to be consistent with our company and product branding. I need it to be a generic template where we can edit the text, titles, subtitles and images. The template is to be used for an email marketing application. We want it in a state where we can enter the text, put in/ change the images that are relevant to the text and send out via email. We have software to put text and image on an editable HTML, we just need the HTML template. Attached files are 2 of our products. Please use structure template from solar.jpg. [login to view URL] is just an example. [login to view URL] has a basic plan for the email. The company brand includes the black to grey vertical fade/gradient. All text must be editable and image placings suitable for change.
