Multiple Skins for Websites

Hello All! I would like to find a provider that will be able to deliver Graphical Skin packages for 3 sites. Site #1: Site Title: Apple Hills Art This website will be used to sell paintings and phogorgraphs by 1 individual. Color Theme should be lively with a light background. It requires a clean style, so not too busy. Site #2: Site Title: Okanagan Business Referral Group This site requires a new look that is much more professional and appealing to a North American market than its current look. The site targets mainly small business so I do not want too much of a "big corporate" site look and feel. current site: [login to view URL] Site #3: Site Title: Agar Paint & Autobody This site is for an autobody and paint shop, it requires two faces. Face One: Professional appeal for the typical customer seeking to know more about the company and services it offers. Face Two: Racy, custom look for the visitors interested in the shop's special/feature projects mainly involving restored classic cars and hot rods (hot rods not necessarily classic). Both faces should resemble each other. (In other words not two completely different sites) Each skin does not need to be "sliced" in photoshop or anything like that, a high resolution jpg/gif will be sufficient. However if you are going to use graphical buttons please provide a template that can be adjusted for any custom buttons that might be required later. Budget is note very big for this project so price of the bid will be a factor in my decision, but quality samples will be just as important.
