Need 200 website templates designs only

Looking for bulk website design templates of around 200 number for mentioned bid amount. All the design must be your own, should not send or acquire the design from any other source or taken from other free template website. You should show all those design template to me as images in an url & send me sample source file. Design must cover varied industry, sector & line of business (can be multiples).Each design must be different from each other. We should able to convert the templates into wordpress or Joomla without any issues. Your should tell what will you give me in the source file of each design. NO TIME WASTERS. BID more the max bid will not be considered. Once i received the design & file. the copyrigth will belong to me. you should give me in writing that all designs are designed by yourself & copyright wwill be mine once purchased.
