hello, i run a website called classifieds dot gagni dot com, please visit. i bought this site from a company. and i dont want their web design. can any of you do a make over on this website - the theme is simply about classfied ads - but i want it in light in color and very attractive to car and house buyers. i am hoping that the webpage designer for this project is also capable of doing php. why? coz, after redesigning this webiste, i want to add some php scripts - like top 10 listings, 10 newest listings and etc. guys, my budget is low, a hundred dollars. again, accept this project if you are capable of doing php. thanks want to mention that payment will only be sent when the job is done. no exceptions. thank you.
