Magento site update

We have an existing website running on Magento 1.6.1. We would like to update to the more current version of Magento Community and add some tweaks to the site. We will stick with the basic design of the site, mostly just functionality additions. I built the site a couple of years ago, but no longer have the time to build sites, so we are looking to outsource this project to a reliable individual or company with a good reputation. Strong english skills a plus. Here is the rough list of items we would like fixed or added. Most all of these will be available by existing modules. We will want to maintain most all extension we currently have. Our list: Update to current version of Magento community - or close to it. Fix out of inventory bug on combined items (probably fixed with Magento upgrade) Site shows out of inventory if one item is out of stock on a page with several different items that are combined on a single product listing. Combined items sometimes not able to be ordered - (probably fixed with Magento upgrade) - Site will not allow customers to buy items from grouped/combined product pages even though they are in stock. Allow guest log in - (probably fixed with Magento upgrade) Fix password recovery - Customers not able to get emails for password recovery. All contact emails need to have automatic "reply to" with correct email address from customer. Keep our existing product questions (or we may replace with product discussions?) Larger, cleaner looking fonts. (Google fonts?) Fix photo size issues. (Some layouts are not ideal for our standardized photo sizes.) Add a blog to the web site. MailChimp integration must work 100% Fix “add to cart” javascript (does not work with grouped/combined item pages). Need a category of just the newest items. Any new item added to the site will be in this area in the order that we have added them to the site. Ability to Edit orders and Re-authorize payments after editing orders. More order sorting options (sort by country, by products, etc. Connect to new accounting system (odoo? (aka OpenERP) add OnTrac shipping module (??) Custom programming needed: Need a fix for shipping weights - Need to adjust shipping weights to include our small shipping boxes weight of 2.75 ounces. We can simply add 2.75 ounces to all shipments. This will greatly improve our shipping quotes, especially for small international shipments. Our current layout template is not the best, and would be fine to use whatever you suggest. We like the general look, but are welcome to change things as needed. We would like some fonts a bit larger, etc. We will provide an outline or photoshop of the changes we would like. Sample site will need to be placed on a test server until approved, then we will need it placed on our live server and any integrations issues worked out. It will need to use our existing data, etc. Please do not hesitate to ask questions.
