Web-2-print solution for print website

Need a simple web-2-print plugin solution for our existing print shop website. Our shop already offers everything from photo prints, personalized photo items, business printing products (business cards / postcards / etc.), and wide format printing (banner design, sign design etc.). We just need a good solution for clients to choose and upload photos/images to us. We are currently utilizing a simple upload script but it lacks the ability to preview images and make multiple selections/choices etc. A basic solution would be to first offer a simple interface clients could select from their photos (view thumbnails much like a photo kiosk) very graphical in nature and easy to understand. We like the software we found here: [login to view URL] but this is designed for a local system only. User would choose print sizes and then images would be uploaded to our server. User would then prepay the order by Paypal and select in-store pickup or to have their order shipped. We would then retrieve the photos off the server and print their order. There would be some sort of XML or TXT file generated with the list of photos explaining the order and the client details (name/tel. #, etc.) and directories created on the server such as "4x6" and "5x7" etc. with the individual filenames containing the quantity required. Another tier would be the ability for the user to add personalized gift items to their order such as mugs, keychains, mouse pads, puzzles, etc. An admin interface would allow us to add product items. A simple inteface would be simply offering the products as options in addition to print sizes. Additional features would allow us (the admin) to enter dimensions and background images of the products as well as describe the number of sides so not only could the user upload their photos for these products but design them. A great feature would be the ability for the user to add text which they could change the font, colour, and position. I understand this would greatly increase complexity. A preview would of course be required. I would imagine scripts such as this exist so looking for someone best case who may already have a plug-n-play solution for us that can install on our server and build the payment gateway (Paypal). Looking for usability on PC, Mac, and iOS devices as well as Android so I imagine HTML, HTML5, and/or jQuery would be what is needed. Not interested in a flash-based product which eliminates iOS devices.
