Website modification, design and function improvement (2)

DONT BID BEFORE YOU READ!!!! I have a commercial website. I want to improve design and functions. I want good job, professional design and quality work. I am looking for someone to work long term, someone that will do our modifications always; maybe everyday. If you read the attached documents you will see this is an endless project. If we have a good undestanding you may have continues source of income. 99% of fls I met here bid for something they don't know how to do and then they fail. Since five months I'm looking for reliable Fler to complete this. Since 5 months I have agreed with 6 FLer. Some were thieves asking release of payment before doing any work. Most of them were not capable of doing the work and they run away. I am a serious man. I want to see serious and dedicated and honest man in front of me. I want to be updated everyday. I want to know what you are doing and completed. I don't want to wait a thief for 30 days and at the end he tells that "sorry I can't do this job". I don't want to work with big team of professionals. I want to know whom I work with and whom will update me about progress EVERYDAY! So pls don't make nonsense and let us work together for long time. After this project done if you make good job maybe we can work together full time. In attached file you can go through what I need. I prefer to work on hourly basis instead of paying huge amount of fees and milestones in advance. Because of this i divided the project into steps. After 1st step is completed i will put milestones for 2nd step and release 30% of 1st step. this will continue like this until all the project is concluded. If we have good relationship and the work goes smooth i can even release 50% or more of tasks before finish. Thanks for reading. PAYMENT No idiot genius shall ask for release of any payment before doing anywork!! I will put 20% milestone in beginning. If u complete 20% of work I will add 20% more. Once you reach 60% if you want I will release 30%. If u complete and ask me 80% I will release 40% and so on...
