OSCommerce contributions & template integration

I am looking for a reputable source or company that can install 13 -17 contributions on my oscommerce site as well as integrate a template I have chosen from templatemonster.com. This is a womens aparel & accesories [login to view URL] mainn concern is to have someone capable of completing the job and giving support there after. I am also looking for someone who can respond quickly. I have declined many offers because thier response took to long which meant they were not serious about the job. I will not accept bids from bidders with little to no feedback or bidders who have just recently signed up. I also need you to create a simple logo name to go on the template in place of the logo it already has on there. I will give more details as to which contributions I need, the layout and how I want my items to look on each page. I would like to be able to add my own content and images as long as the image placement and drop down bars such as quantity, size, color(drop down color chart) are already in place and ready to use. I also need a credit card charge feature on my site. I already set up an account with [login to view URL] which they provide shopping cart software and a charge account. I will also like to use paypal as an additional method of payment. This project closes in 15 days from the day this project was posted.
