THESE POINTS CAN BE SET AS SEPARATE TABS FOR CENTERS TO SELECT WHAT THEY WANT TO VIEW OTHER DETAILS The merchant bank is from my country and here they only allowed me to have a merchant machine... so my website is designed to send the payment form to my company email where we make the charge manually the purpose of account is for them to only VIEW how it is going but we will be wiring funds to them weekly, the intermediate platform is only for them to view how they are doing.. Customers pay via my website [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] but in reality since the charges will be done manually from my end,.. then to make it easier my finance clerk will simply manually calculate funds added/deducted etc and just update it in their account So it is basically a b2b relationship program panel well once the affiliate centers can tract all their transactions..thats why i require a database there so we can log in and they can view how it is going atleast the name and Plan/product and Price with date and to have option if its CHARGED/PENDING/CANCELED/CHARGEBACK So it should have more or less the following modules: • 1 - Plans/Services: where you can add/edit/delete the services and subscription for details and prices • 2- Customers: - List of end customers you can manage by adding/editing and deleting 3 – Orders: List of orders and invoices for services you offered to customers 4 – Merchants: the companies/centers who have payment gateways with me 5 – Payments: here you ll manage the payments from orders and will able to push to center with additional taxes 6 – Reports: payment and order reports • 7 - General Setting: for taxes, price, administrator and few more.. Refund/Chargeback amount will vary on plan/product/service So I guess it would be good to have a Refund/Chargeback Module aswell. Centers should be able to sign up from site with basic personal and business info.. then we complete creation from admin. So EXAMPLE of General Content would be: • Modules : Plans/Services Customers Purchases Businesses/Centers Payments Refunds/Chargebacks Reports General Settings
