Cellular/Insurance Website

Hello new cellular company with not much money right now but will grow is looking for a web designer to create a VERY simple website. It does not need to be to flashy. Just simple and to the point yet nice. The main website will be for the sale of cellular phones. since we have not found the supplier yet our main goal is to get the cellular insurance porton together first and foremost since we will start receiving merchant payment by the end of this week. I have most of the copy and all I really need is one main page, then a link for them to order the insurance, an order form, and then a link that takes them to the terms and conditions and then the merchant account for payment. Very simple. If someone can throw in a nice logo for Upstream Cellular that will be great too! When we will find the supplier we will then ask if you can create the main portion of the site which will mainy be pictures of cell phones and details and price( that will be later on) we will also pay month to month for updates and maintenance if need be. We are on small budget so we are hoping that you will understand us. Would like to use you for other projects. We need this project in less than 5 days. We do not have more than the amount that we budgeted for so please place a bid that you know we can pay instead of placing a bid just to hold a spot for a higher fee. Again limited budget, but looking to start right away
