I want to have in my website a button which will be used to record symptomps of an [login to view URL] user will press the button and the number on the screen will increase/increment every [login to view URL] button may store e.g. the number 400 for monday and 200 for tuesday .there will be a graph showing each number for everyday and also every month .the graph will be as a bar chart .i need to understand the code so i need comments/explanations added to the html & css .the code should be easy and simple to read (nothing sophisticated ) .preferably little to no styling /css .as little as possible copying from internet (its a school project and i dont want to deal with plagiarism) P.s. The-axis of the chart/graph will be time and y-axis will be number
