Two-Way-Radio

We are rebuilding an existing website for a client that sells two-way radios to Police and Fire Departments. We have defined the footer and the menus for the header. Here is what we can supply for the project: 1. Defined header(Banner with Logo / menus) and footer 2. The original web site link 3. All the image libraries 4. The Pressa Dreamweaver template (this uses the Bootstrap Development platform) 5. We will provide one-third of the payment after the first page is successfully converted, then one-third payment after half the pages are converted, and then the final one-third payment upon completion of the project We are looking for someone to convert 124 pages from the original web site to the new website design. You will need to already know the Bootstrap Development Platform. If you do not know Bootstrap, don’t respond, it takes too long to learn this development platform. Please provide the following: 1. Examples of websites developed with Bootstrap 2. Software you will use to convert this website 3. Test environment you will set up to test the pages 4. The methodology / approach you will follow to test the website on smart-phones, tablets, and desk-top computers. 5. A bid for the conversion of 124 pages 6. Any experience building websites for communications companies is helpful (two-way radio dealers in particular) We have other projects and websites to do if you are successful with this project. We need to start this project as soon as possible.
