Two websites

Need two websites. First site The website needs to look like [login to view URL] but also must be e commerce it needs an age verification (18+) pop up before use it also needs to display products differently. so where it says "our products", needs to be a store. also different prices for different amounts. i.e. buy more cheaper. maybe this site can do it but i can work it out. so if buy one its say $20, if but 10 its $1.50 etc. Each product must have a discription. e.g. one brand is Unions United. where each brand has one image and a proper description of the good and the type of charity it supports. it also needs a video tab. So a tab called "videos" her i can upload a few videos that have a title, viewers click on to watch them. Also so people can buy online with a card. also i want an option "receive invoice" and they get an invoiced emailed to them. these must have reference numbers so i can check bank payments. Also for payment method. There are two choices. SO they can pay with or without excise/import tax. Ill have to give different amounts later to you so you can make it like this. so for example. they buy one packet cigarettes at $1.50, there is $11 in tax. The shopping cart must come up with $1.50 for the packet then there is option to pay the $11 tax or not. Also there needs to be an option (we clear customs or you clear customs). so must have invoice generator integrated into it. and the invoice interpreter keeps track so i can view and check in admin panel. There also needs to be an option to send a document for them to prepare for customs. also needs needs to be responsive website. the second website is a website for IT and software development. must have an :our profile" section. And also must have videos. so it does websites, apps, 2d animation, 3d animation, whiteboard etc. real life video etc
