Website development survey re-design and programming with mobile UI focus. Overview: Hi. We are looking for a website developer who can re-design and implement code for 4 very simple pages within our already existing website ([login to view URL]). We are focusing on mobile, so although we do care that the desktop experience is good, the mobile experience is the highest priority. The current survey is a couple of short pages, that goes into a long form survey and we want to change this. Feel free to register on our website to get a feel of the old survey. Freelancer requirements: • Must be able to show example of similar types of work or examples of having the ability to do so. • Must be strict with time lines. • Must be able to create designs as well as the code (full stack developer) and integrate it well within original website. • Must be willing to include bug fixing any errors for a week after the survey goes live. Pages include: 1. Registration 2. Basic data entry 3. Basic data entry 4. Basic data entry Main features within data entry include: • Facebook registration button and Google location API inserted in survey (capturing that data in our backend) • Text boxes • Drop down menus that are easy to use on mobiles • When choosing specific answers, different alternatives are created based on these answers. • Next page and back page buttons. • Saving where a user leaves survey so if they don’t finish it and login again they are taken to the same place.
