Develop a Visual Basic 6.0 DLL to send SMS

I need do develop a simple Visual Basic library (DLL) in VB6 to send SMS by calling a HTTP Get or HTTP Post service in a third party server. The library basically consists of 3 HTTP Post calls: - Send an SMS: HTTP post to URL with several parameters, user, password, message, etc. - Check Balance by calling a HTTP request to the sms service provider - Fetch SMS delivery report by calling an HTTP request to the sms service provider The 3 functions will return a success or error code by parsing the XML response that the SMS service provider return for each of the 3 calls The programmer will deliver compiled DLL and source codes plus a test program that makes use of the DLL and send a sample SMS. We wil provide the specification of the sms provider HTTP API.
