wordpress redesign experts needed

I need someone that is very good with wordpress and is able to redesign the look of the word press as far as the links go. I want it to look something like fool.com. i have a flash article displayer that will be installed on the top just like the fools site. I need this as soon as [login to view URL] provide wordpress designs u have recreated so i can look at them.. need with 3 to 4 days max. will pay for rush delivery if u can get it sooner. The site doesnt need to be exactly like fool but, i want a front page that resembles the fool site, when articles are written in the wordpress it will be listed on that home [login to view URL] a user clicks on the link from home page they will be able to view the [login to view URL] click one of the articles on the fool's site and see how it appears. these articles will be just for reading so, programmer must remove the ability for users to post a comment. any questions please ask. thanks.
