Troubleshoot woocomerce/wordpress theme not showing default ratings

Looking for someone skilled with wordpress/woocommerce to get the default review stars back showing on my theme. They were initially showing up on my theme but somehow are not anymore I looked throughout the theme options, customization, category but no luck to get it back working.
