[wordpress] like/share-locker/G+1 locker 3-step jquery UI

We are getting ready to launch a wordpress based ecommerce site selling digital information products on a sliding scale + free/ sharing based purchase options. For the latter, we need someone to create following simple jQuery UI/ function for us: When user comes to sales page, one column is titled “Free Options Step 1 of 3” and offers facebook like and G+1 buttons as choice. [If user has previously liked/G+1’ed our website, only unused options need to be displayed. If both had previously been used, Step 2 needs to be unlocked for them]. Once user successfully likes/ G+1s, step 2 needs to become visible below (jquery) This can be from scratch, or using existing like locker plugins/tools (apart from jquery UI, I believ). In step 2 the user needs to be required to use social share function to share our site on a social network and coded so that once this step is successfully completed, Step 3 becomes visible. We would add the content and function to step 3, which needs to allow for regular html input and we will need simple instructions from you as to how and where to add our content. The UI needs to be very simple and elegant. [note: we do also need several small jobs done, please see end of post for details]. Obviously this needs to be fully functional/ compatible with all browsers and mobile platforms. If work needs to be redone for mobile applications, a simple step-by-step guide on what to do needs to be included (text, audio or video). This job includes the documentation needed for a non-programmer to be able to implement the same on other pages on our website. All coding also needs to properly mark within the code where customization of any sort is needed for future implementations. Once our website is complete, we're planning to make clones of our website and provide them on a not-for-profit basis to other projects - so all work done needs to be compatible with such plans and mark where changes need to be made. All information shared and all output relevant to the project will be exclusively our property. Project will likely be using JIRA project management interface.
