Wordpress website navigation link updates - repost

Currently the "services" tab at top of site takes you to a single page with all services listed on one page. I want to change this so when someone puts their mouse over "services" they get a drop down menu where they have to choose one of the following options. TV Installation Home Theater Setup Security Cameras Home Security Once they click on the option the will be taken to the page. Each service will have its on page. You dont have to do any design. All pages will use design thats already there. Just need to make some navigation menu changes. My site is setup on wordpress. When job is complete navigation updates need to function on all wordpress pages. I hired one freelancer and he was not able to complete the project. He claimed that my template was locked. And he asked me to unlock it. I dont know how to unlock anything. All my website work was done by freelancers here. I need someone who knows how to complete this project. I can provide wordpress login and ftp. Anything else you will need to figure out on your own. Please bid accordingly
