I'm a hands on Test Manager with more than 15 years of testing experience. I love all things best practices, process improvement, team performance and working on making testing a friendly area for every other tech -and non tech- area to understand. I believe testing is an all team effort, thus I make sure to build bridges between Testing and all other areas of the project or company. With a background in software development, I'm a very "technical tester", and I make sure to keep myself appraised of the new technologies to work closely with developers. And given my endless curiosity and love for testing, I always find a way to keep actively testing, even in the midst of leadership.
