I am setting up a simple website using Pluck cms. There will be only 4 pages. I need: -on one page i need to embed a google calendar (calendar is ready). I have the code from the google calendar but i am not able to make it show on the page. -on a second page i want to add a php form (Generated by phpFormGenerator. Form is ready) That's it. It's seems pretty easy. I just don't know much about codes. Thanks

For a website a form is required to collect information from the user like name, age, etc. This information is supposed to be stored in a a mysql database. The form has been generated with a phpformgenerator () it contains text fields and a drop down. I would send this to you to work on it. The form is fine, but the file is missing and I think the server and database information need to be set up in the file. Your job would be to create a file, to alter the file and to install the form on the server. So the result of the job should be a running form on the server. Ok, I generated a form using cpanel's phpformgenerator. I copied and pasted the code to an .html page. I wanted the form to look same as my website--not just a form on a different page. It is not working properly. It looks right. But I am not copying a file or naming a file properly. I like the form from However, I HAVE to have it upload the submitted form's attached docs using the same name each time. i.e. replacing the old file with each new upload. Alternatively, creating a php page that lists all of the files that have been created by the form is another option. This will be done over a secure server in the end run, if that makes a difference. As the form is, it works fine over SSL.
