I have a small java swing program that scans a file directory and creates text files for every folder containing only pdf files. The program has 3 buttons. 1. select folder - folder to be scanned 2. preview - see what files will be created 3. create files - creates the text files. I cant acces files, but i need help with this: I have an upload system for files that are around 50mb. a user logs into his/her account. Then clicks the upload button and a popup appears with a progressbar. the upload works well, but AFTER the upload is done, the main page should refresh and give a status message (succesfully uploaded). However, now, after the upload is completed, the main page does refresh but it gets redirected to the login screen. SO the session ends! this only seems to appear is the upload takes a while (around 30 mins) . So, can somebody make a workaround for this? Since i cant acces the files or server config? thanks

If its CGI we can also override the max 2mb upload limit my hosting provider allows.
