Buenos días, en mi página web montada sobre Prestashop 1.6.1.17, me sale el siguiente error cuando los clientes tienen que registrarse justo antes de realizar la compra: "TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to save account details: error thrown: [Object Object] Text status: error". Esto ocurre tanto en el registro de un paso como en el de 5 pasos. En el back office de la tienda efectivamente se da de alta el registro, pero en el front aparece ese mensaje. Adicionalmente, no me deja ordenar los productos dentro de una categoría, al realizarlo pone actualización exitosa pero en el front, no se ve reflejado. He realizado muchas pruebas sin éxito. EL PROYECTO CONSISTE EN QUE EL USUARIO PUEDA INGRESAR AL SITIO WEB ENCUENTRA UN DOCUMENTO LO FIRME Y LO DEJE GUARDADO ALLI MISMO, ES DECIER NO QUE LO PUEDA DESCARGAR FIRMAR DIGITALMENTE Y LUEGO LO ENVIE POR CORREO SINO QUE EL DOCUMENTO ESTARA EN EL SITIO WEB Y EL INGRESA LO FIRMA DIGITALMENTE Y LUEGO HABRA UN BOTON QUE DIGA SAVE Y LISTO QUE QUEDE GRABADO

1) un usuario se conecta a la aplicacion sugarcrm sobre una tablet con sistema operativo android 2) entra a un modulo 3) pulsa el boton SAVE 4) debe de guardar la informacion del registro del modulo mas la latitud y longitud gps de l dispositivo
