We've found some VOIP services work 90% of time but then didnt work with formatting for say, Amazon. Just need a "soft" solution to receive company OTP SMS messages. There is a flow which needs to be fixed in order to update CSV records while uploading it There is an "Action" button which uploads CSV file automatically to the related list object in salesforce(This is achieved using flow).The problem is that it doesnt check for duplicates and creates override of the records.I want to edit the flow in such a way that it updates the duplicate records and then creates new ones for the ones which are not duplicates.
