We are using DD WRT firmware on TP Link TL WR3020. The router is use for creating a offline hotspot. We want to configure captive portal on the router such that any user who connects to the hotspot is automatically redirected to a website url. DD WRT firmware is shipped with NoCatSplash captive portal but it will not work if the router does not have active internet connection or WAN Connection Type is set as static.
