Villa Khunkao - Thailand - Modern Tropical Interior Design Style

I'm seeking a creative interior designer to develop the interior design of my villa. The architectural design work is completed and now is the time to develop the interior design of all spaces. IDEAL CANDIDATE: - Proficiency in modern tropical interior design - Strong portfolio in residential projects - Excellent color scheme and spatial arrangement skills - Knowledge of premium, sustainable materials - Knowledge in suppliers available in Thailand for materials, accessories and furniture items GENERAL PROJECT REQUIREMENTS: - Conceptualize a contemporary theme with warm earth tones - Design layouts for living room, bedrooms, kitchen & dining, bathrooms, study room, outside terrace - Source furniture & decor that accentuates the modern vibe - Provide 3D renders for pre-approval of designs - Implement eco-friendly solutions where possible DESIGN SERVICES DETAILS: 3D PRESENTATIONS, TECHNICAL PLANS & SOURCING SERVICES • Interior design concept 3D visualisations for each area with 1-2 options in initial stages, with any amendments to floor plans provided. • Reflected ceiling plan. • Socket & switch positions, and electrical master plans for lighting and fans. • Final Interior Elevations and plans for each room with technical design of any custom made wall components e.g. Wood slats/headboards/ shelvings/TV positions/sockets & switches/curtains/blinds. • Design and produce custom made items or select new shop bought furniture in the sourcing stages - to include but not limited to: sofas, coffee tables, sideboards, dining table & chairs, bedroom furniture etc. • Technical drawings (not shop drawings) for all custom units (TV cabinets, built-in shelving etc) and for any custom made loose furniture like beds, bedside tables etc if not purchasing shop bought items. • Concept wardrobes and kitchen designs • Bathroom schedules including sanitary-ware document with chosen sanitary-ware selections like taps, showers, toilets & sinks etc. • Interior door schedules. • Material pattern layouts eg. stone or tile pattern layouts for wall and floor finishes. • Select soft furnishes, curtains and venetian or roller-blinds. • Sourcing document with list of accessories & furniture with prices and suppliers. Design Phase 1: -Clarify project brief and scope of works. -Freelancer provides basic style guides and mood boards for design style and creative direction. -Produce amended floor-plans and elevations if improvements can be made. -Develop each interior area into 3D concept visuals with 2-3 options per area after design direction and floor-plans approval. Design Phase 2: -Provide visuals of all areas for client review. -Apply changes and redesigns based on feedback. -Begin technical drawings (not shop drawings) for custom-made furniture, beds, wall cabinets, etc., after approval of all interiors and in-built furniture designs. Final Design Phase 3: -Finalize technical drawings and plans for client review. -Provide final 3D renders and material specifications if necessary. -Send approved designs to the Project management team and contractors for production of shop drawings or integration into -construction documents for the main contractor. Construction or furniture contractors invoice and contract directly to the client for payment. -Provide a product sourcing document with a list of products and items for client review and selection to be purchased directly from the supplier by the client.
