having seen the attached files and the clients brief, i totally understand the clients need for a better visualization in 3d and construction drawings which i see myself satisfying those needs effortlessly.

I will model the entire building in 3DS max, texturing, lighting and rendering done in Corona renderer. All the humanization around the building will be done. The renders (2 in total) with post production in Photoshop. For that I need the project in Autocad to model from it
