Exterior Home Renderings

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to create several realistic rendering options of a new home's exterior materials and colors in a contemporary/traditional style. The ideal candidate will have experience in architectural visualization and be able to incorporate exterior materials, including up to 20-25% stone surfaces, smooth stucco, and vertical "smart siding, board and batten." Attention to detail is key. The final products should showcase the home's design and make it stand out in the neighborhood. The owners would like to see several options for different (similar) color schemes and layout positions of finish materials (mainly on the front image. Most of the sides/back will just be light colored vertical smart siding, with the possible exception of some areas around the back porches/posts/porch gables) A few key items: 1. Roof has black/dark gray asphalt shingles. (mostly black) 2. Soffit and fascia are black 3. Window frames are black 4. Front door and sidelight window frames next to the door will be wood. 5. Small "shed" roofs over the 2 front windows have black "standing seam" steel on top, with black fascia. We intend to wrap the shed roof posts in black metal, or paint them black, but they could be left bare wood also. 6. The "shed" roof in the drawing, just over the garage door has been deleted. The big dormer above is there still. 7. The posts and archway may be designed differently as desired, but the owner has expressed that they would likely want these to be wrapped in the stone. 8. Note the "gable vent detail image" for design at the top of the 2 largest gables. 9. Stucco color should be close to a "cream" color, or slightly off white shade 10. Most side/rear siding color should match the light stucco, but you may use some black/dark gray siding to bring design character to the front of the home. 11. Rock color in "Stone - merrillstone..." file should compliment stucco and siding colors We would like to see the design in (2) specific renderings, plus a few different ideas of your choice. #1 - With material placement as drawn on the actual floor plan with all light colored stucco and smart siding. (exterior renderings are in the "permit set..." file, on page 2) #2 - File "exterior rendering [login to view URL]" - "paint" in this rendering should be dark gray/black. The rest should be cream colored stucco or rock as per the image.
