Game (Unreal 4.27) Assets - Vehicles

ABOUT US MOTUM is a high end commercial grade motion simulator company selling world wide. We have an internal project called MOTUM World. We are developing a driver training game "in the metaverse" called "MOTUM World". If you check out our website [login to view URL] you will see our simulators. We are building a new driving experience that is an "open driving" world for emergency services training, truck driving training, learner driver, 4WD training, Port logistics & Airport vehicle training. Our project an ever expanding city and country side that has the best of the best driver practice areas including 4WD "play area", airport, port (like Port Kembla"), complex city streets like Melbourne, confusing bridge like Sydney harbour, mountain roads like Blue Mountains etc. It will also include a sophisticated AI modelling for pedestrians, animals/objects and other cars. GAME ASSET DEVELOPMENT We require the development of 3 right hand drive vehicle types for use in an Unreal 4.27 VR project (later upgrade to Unreal 5) The vehicles are to be used to drive within the game so interior must be sharp and accurate. It is important that the vehicle physics and behaviour is of the highest fidelity. This means (configurable) things like suspension, brakes, tyres (low profile or standard) etc are aligned to ensure the in game driving characteristics of the vehicle are identical (or as close as possible) to the real world. Needs to include driver with hands on wheel or changing gears. We require: 1. A mid sized rear wheel sedan such as a rear wheel drive Lexus IS250 or Ford Falcon 2. A small sized front wheel drive such as Toyota Yaris or Ford Focus 3. Mid sized SUV (AWD) such as Mitsubishi Outlander or Nissan X-TRAIL 4. Mercedes Benz Sprinter MWB Van, Turbo Diesel (Maybe cost out first car then each one separately as they have different priorities) Animation and rigging 1. all joints should be placed in the right positions to simulate as realistic as possible response to the changing environment (i.e. road bumps, turning low/high speed etc.) 2. Target is UE 4.27 Chaos/ UE5 3. Steering wheel (rotating with game), Gear box (Auto, Manual), indicators stalk (right side only, swappable), front windows that go up/down, handbrake and pedals should be movable. 4. Chaos physics. 5. Proper bone structure for converting from RHD to LHD car. (Or different skeletal meshes) 6. Car should behave as real Front wheel drive, Rear WD, All WD and 4WD. 7. Low/High tyre profiles. 8. Realistic suspension movements and characteristics Modeling 1. Right Hand Drive (RHD) is the main target, LHD is secondary (quote as optional fee) 2. Steering wheel, Gear box (Auto, Manual), indicators stalk, front windows, handbrake and pedals will be movable. 3. High and Low profile tyres. 4. Unwrapped and textured. 5. Structural naming of all parts. 6. Realistic Scale and look. 7. Branded car (with removable badges) 8. VR support (OpenXR). VR system has 5k resolution (Vive Focus 3) 9.
