I designed many gear boxes which some of them are 1:210 ( with planetary system ) and 1:160 with plastic helical gear that have suitable addendum coefficient and some of them are 1:20 up to 1:50 with bevel and spur gear. I design different types of gear boxes that many of them have been used in automotive industries and made of steel, POM and PA 6.6 30 % GF. I also design many brass worm gears and gearboxes that use in medium load industries. I’ve designed precise gear according to DIN or AGMA standards with suitable Addendum modification coefficient to reduce vibrations, increase line of action, prevent under cut and root defects. I design gears with SOLIDWORKS, CATIA, NX, PTC Creo and many other softwares. I’m expert in usage of CAMnetics suite package to design gears. I also can extract gear characteristics with cloud points and GMM files.
