Asp.net mvc c# small project

Hi, I have a small project which I need to submit till 27 of June. The project itself is not complicated and I already have the site layout and content, it only needs the backbone code (nothing too complicated). I am tied up with other work and I don't have time to work on it. If you are interested in helping out that would be great. I will pay of course. The details about the project: -the technologies you have to use : [login to view URL] mvc / C# / sql server / entity framework -The idea of this project is to be somekind of a small e-patient system – connection between the patients (for example) people that have to handle with diabetes in their normal life on the one side and the doctors on the other side. A primary goal for the doctor is to be able to view the personal and medical information of their patients. They must be able to read all forms that the patient has sent or to be able to read an appointment requests of the patients. Another goal for the doctors is to be able to use the application to contact the patient (via email). Application design The application starts in the welcome page. The user has the opportunity to sign up (make new registration) or to log in. We can use the integrated MS membership system in asp.net . There are two kinds of user roles -patient and [login to view URL] will be registrated in advance by the application administrator in the integrated “aspnet membership” admin panel. So every new user from the “sign up form” in the web site , has to receive automatically role of patient. If he makes a new registration ,the fields to fill in would be username,password,first name, second name,dateofbirth,phone number,city(dropdownlist which loads id ‘s from other table in db “cities”) ,adress , bloodgroup (dropdownlist) and Doctor(dropdown list which loads every user who has the role of doctor). If the user logs in, he will be able to access to the private interface of the application, if not, he will be only able to surf in the public interface. (this is my work) In the public interface, we can access some static pages that will give us some information about diabetes, but we will not be able to send information to the doctor. If the user wants to log in, he has the chance to do it from any of the pages of the public interface. Once he has logged in, there are two possibilities: If the registered user is a patient, he will be able to: • Send a form with the following measurements : Measure , MeasureVal, InsulinType , Insulin_amount,Weight,Height, Min_pressure,Max_pressure,Hypoglycemia, Test_value,Comment to the doctor (who he chose at the time of registration in the system ) • Ask for an appointment (fields are :Date of request,Date of an appointment , Comment) (for the same doctor) • Access to the public interface to read this information (it’s clear – my work) If the registered user is a doctor, he will be able to: • View list of all patients who are assign with him and choose one about he wants to operate information • Read the information of the patient (first name, second name,date of birth,phone number,city,adress , bloodgroup ) • Check all the forms sent by a single patient • Send an email to the patient telling him to come to the hospital • See all the appointment requests sent by a patient • Access to the public interface to read the information about diabetes You have to help me with the main program logic, the rest ( design , the public part – the static web pages are my work) .
