auto rss downloader & file modifier & wp poster

I need the following application, which has: - rss url field (where i can put a site an url) - after i put, its going to check it in every 10 mins, and if new posts comes its going to: - get the dl file link (it can be oron / hotfile / filesonic files) - un-rar on my rdp, remove some static files (it would be nice to add them to some panel) - then re-rar and upload back to selected file host (oron / hotfile / filesonic) under my username (i must select the uploading host in a panel, i only want to use 1, every times) - when upload is done it should get back the new dl link - and re-post the original post with changed (new) dl link on my wordpress site (login details must be also on panel) - the application must be running in all time on my win rdp - it should make any dupe posts.. - it should store the re-rared files on a selected place - it should always use 1 mirror, it doesnt matter if the original post has 2 or 3 file mirror, its only should dl the file from the first link - it must fully compatibile with Filesonic, oron, hotfile /uploading, downloading as well) it should be ready in 3-4 days, im waiting for the bids, the cheapest will win
