Convert Access program to C#

I have a small Access program with a few forms. I need it converted to a new C# project which works exactly the Access program. The C# new project must work exactly as the current Access program and must be able to add new quotes as well as edit existing ones. Take all the tables and create an Access database called MIS. Import all tables. On the main form when you select a row in the list you click on the Find record and it brings up the current Quote. For a new record enter the Contact number and enter the Address number and click on New Record. The Contact must exist in the Econtact table and the Address must exist in the Eaddress table. This is not working the original version and must be added. Program must be created in C# version 2013. All data access must be through a call to an interface so I can use different types of data formats. There are subforms in the project which you can replace with grids but no 3rd party tools unless you check with me first.
