Console Application to Migrate FogBugz Case to Jira Issue

We have a FogBugz for my Server ([login to view URL]) installation and we are migrating to Jira OnDemand ([login to view URL]) I want to migrate our backlog of cases from FogBugz to Jira. The FogBugz case can be accessed and extracted in XML using the FogBugz XML API ([login to view URL]) The Jira Issues can be created using the Jira REST API (https://developer.atlassian.com/display/JIRADEV/JIRA+REST+APIs) The program must be written in C# and run as a windows console application. eg [login to view URL] The program must convert the following fields as a minimum). Title (this is the name of the case) Description (this is the first text block for the case). Attachments (any files attached to the case must be saved down and uploaded to Jira). Notes and edits (any notes and edits against the bug must be uploaded as additional notes to Jira). Area (the area name in fogbugz, not the area ID and it becomes the component in Jira, if the component is not setup in Jira, you need to make it) The project Id in jira will be hard coded. Use one that works for development, I will edit the code and recompile for our production runs. It must take the following parameters. BugId (this is the fogbugz bug ID) JiraIssue (this is optional - if it is blank - then make a new case, if it not blank - then merge the details from FogBugz BugID into this case). File (if this is specified, then each line in the file will contain a Bug Id, and optionally an extra parameter representing the Jira Issue). Here are some examples of invocation on the command line. FB2Jira 34562 (this means take FogBugz case 34562 and make a new Jira Issue from it) FB2Jira 38485 CHA-8567 (this means take FogBugz case 38485 and merge add all the details from this case into Jira Issue CHA-8567 as a new edit/note) FB2Jira -f c:\temp\[login to view URL] (this means read the contents of file c:\temp\[login to view URL] and treat each line as an instruction as per above). FB2Jira -f "c:\temp directory\[login to view URL]" (same as above - but showing example with space in directory name). I will provide access to our FogBugz with an account. For Jira - my preference is that you create the OnDemand account trial which costs nothing - and you can terminate it in 30 days and not be charged). THere are lots of fields in both systems, and lots of other information - I am mainly interested in getting the cases to issues, not the wiki or other setup information that FogBugz publishes ie milestones, subscriptions, working schedules, dependencies are all out of scope. The program needs to report basic error information to the console and use NLog for logging errors.
