Change Generated ID from Hardware Info

Ok so i have this vb6 built app , when loading it gets an id (combination of several hardware IDs) mainly Harddisk ID , i have changed WMI results (checked with wmic) yet nothing is changed , i think its getting info from [login to view URL]( GetVolumeInformation) or IWMDMDevice interface , if you can do this say in ur proposal "I can do this", i need a program to change the data collected by my program (even if it needs to be ran every time) budget is 15$ , program will be sent to the selected freelancer
