Developing a system for easyJet in cloud by using Microsoft Azure, C# and SQL Server Management Studio

For the project details, please refer to the pdf file that has been attached. I want the system to be ready by 27th May. I want the system to be kept simple as possible. Don't need the system to be sophisticated and complicated. It would be much better, if anyone of you have a system template for this similar type of project that is based on Azure, SQL Server and C# because editing will be very less time consuming rather than developing system from the scratch in 4 days time. And for the documentation, I just want few parts of it. I don't want the whole the documentation. These are the things I want in my Documentation in a word file.
